What does “managed IT” actually mean?
Simple: we look after your IT on an ongoing basis. We set everything up, keep it up to date, back up your data and step in when something isn’t running smoothly. You don’t need your own IT department for any of that.
What does it cost?
You pay a small monthly flat fee. How much depends on what we look after for you. After the first call you get a clear quote. There are no hidden costs, ever.
How long am I locked in?
You’re not. Our contracts can be cancelled monthly. We want you to stay because you’re happy, not because a contract says so.
We use regular Windows PCs. Does that still work?
Yes. Linux servers and your network run in the background. Your team keeps working with their devices as usual and mostly notices one thing: everything just works.
We already have someone looking after our IT. What now?
No problem. We get an overview, document everything properly and then take over in an orderly way. If you like, we coordinate with your current contact along the way.
Will my business stand still during the switch?
No. We plan every change so your business keeps running. Bigger jobs can happen outside your business hours.
