For appointments and work planned in advance. Billed in 15-minute increments.
Pricing
These prices apply unless something else has been agreed. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
Short-notice jobs
€180.00per hour
150% of the hourly rate. For the unforeseen: when something can’t wait for a planned appointment and has to be dealt with straight away.
Travel
€1.50per kilometre
Per kilometre driven from Lohr am Main. Work done by remote maintenance has no travel costs.
Ongoing support
For the ongoing care of your servers and network we agree a monthly flat fee with you in advance. It can be cancelled monthly.
