Remote support

For remote support we use RustDesk. You get the download with a one-time code that we give you on the phone.

One-time code Download

1. Get the code

   On the phone we give you a six-digit code. It is only valid for about a minute.

2. Download

   Enter the code below and the program downloads straight away. It runs on Windows.

3. Start and connect

   Open the program and tell us the ID and password it shows. Only then can we connect.

The connection only works while the program is open and you have given us the ID and password.
