- Updates of the controller
- Updates and security patches of the operating system underneath
- Backups of the whole server, controller included
Not included
- Settings in your network, on devices or sites: those stay with you
- SSH access to the server
- UniFi backup files (.unf)
- Help with configuration questions: billed at the hourly rate of €120.00
Can be cancelled monthly. Sized for normal installations. With a very large number of devices we’ll talk about a bigger server. All prices plus VAT.
