For appointments and work planned in advance. Billed in 15-minute increments.
Billing
These prices apply unless something else has been agreed. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. Before larger jobs you get a quote, so you know the cost in advance.
Short-notice jobs
€210.00per hour
175% of the hourly rate. For the unforeseen: when something can’t wait for a planned appointment and has to be dealt with straight away.
Travel
€1.50per kilometre
Per kilometre driven from Lohr am Main. Work done by remote maintenance has no travel costs.
Ongoing support
Ongoing support has a fixed monthly price and can be cancelled monthly. For UniFi there are fixed packages, see UniFi Managed Services. For Linux servers we agree the price after the first call.
