UniFi Managed Services

We monitor and maintain your UniFi system for a fixed monthly price. Tell us how many sites and devices we should look after, and you’ll see what each package costs. If you only need a controller, see controller hosting.

Your setup

SitesEvery address with its own UniFi network, such as office, warehouse or branch. In UniFi it is a site of its own. DevicesGateways, switches, access points, cameras, NVRs and other managed UniFi hardware. Laptops and phones don’t count.

Basic

Pro

• 30 minutes of working time per month

Enterprise

€500.00per month

• 100 devices included
• 3 sites included
• 60 minutes of working time per month
• Updates outside business hours included

Each additional site €50.00, each additional device €10.00 per month. All prices plus VAT.

Included in every package

• Monitoring of all devices with alerts
• Firmware updates
• Config backups
• Support by email and phone during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm)

Terms

• Work beyond the included time: €120.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
• Unused included time expires at the end of the month.
• Updates outside business hours with Basic and Pro: billed at the normal hourly rate.
• Can be cancelled monthly.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the month.
